Savvy Start TakeAways
My biggest takeaway from peers’ feedback is the need for clear lines of assessment. Both peers’ had concerns about the lack of feedback to learners so I made adjustments to incorporate more quizzing, testing, and direct feedback to learners. I did so by adding some drag-and-drop quizzes, and clear answers to how the writing prompt assessments will lead to correct answers that help learners who may have answered wrong or unclear about components/sections. I also learned I need to be more descriptive in my objectives for my objective course so I tried to add more details throughout the revision.
My biggest takeaway is the need for direct, clear testing and feedback for those completing the course. I am not someone who thrives in testing environments, so having peers review my material helps me to locate a personal weakness in my material development and expand on that area in my course.
