Project Scope
The course aims to educate job seekers on identifying legitimate companies and avoiding job scams. The first module focuses on verifying a company’s website listed in a job posting using Google search techniques and by identifying common domain red flags.
Design decisions based on feedback
Building upon the feedback received, I have refined my initial prototype while staying true to the features and elements of Articulate Storyline 360. However, to leverage the user-friendly nature of Rise 360, my latest storyboard incorporates its elements and functionalities.
Key enhancements:
- Interactive Learning from the Start: A pre-training assessment has been added to gauge learners’ prior knowledge and tailor the course experience accordingly.
- Engaging Activities and Varied Question Types: To enhance learner engagement, I’ve incorporated a wider range of question and activity types compared to the initial prototype.
- Visual Learning Through Video Demonstrations: The inclusion of video demonstrations further strengthens comprehension and provides a clear visual complement to the learning materials.
- Gathering Learner Feedback: A post-training survey has been added to gather valuable insights into the learner experience and identify areas for potential improvement.
This shift towards Rise 360 allows for a more user-friendly and interactive learning experience for users of all technical backgrounds.
