2 Storyboard
The design process for this project underwent a peer and stakeholder review at the early stages of development. The feedback was very productive from a peer as a learner’s perspective in terms of design for clear and concise goals, and course layout. It is also helpful to gain the feedback on delivery and actions by the learner for the interactive scenarios.

Elearning Project: Contingency Management in Action
Brief Description:
This course will be in sequence for our second phase of training called Contingency Management Implementation. The goal of this lesson will be to review CM Skills from Phase I training, diving deeper into the skills in action with examples, scenarios with branching along with hints and/or trapdoor interaction that will provide text, demo, etc.
Peer Review application:
Learner Perspective: The peer reviewer mentioned having an interactive review for Phase I Training before starting Phase II rather than a passive review existing of slides with audio/text. There was also mention of not having hints in the interactive scenarios but rather right/wrong choices. I hope to use hints in some of the branching scenarios as it will be get more complex the deeper they go in the scenario. Also, I feel it is important to know the “why” or consequences of their choices in order to learn what the best practice would be in a given situation.
Manager/Stakeholder Perspective: The peer reviewer mentioned having learning outcomes on the intro slide. I did forget to include this in the draft but we do include learning objectives in the intro for each of our courses. The question proposed was a curiosity for how long I expect the course to take. We usually limit our courses to 15-20 minutes each. I do not expect this course to be longer but hopefully even shorter, depending on the length of activities in the scenarios.
