Chapter Overview

This chapter describes how to provide feedback for the BHSS Project Team to review and consider for future versions of the BHSS Implementation Guide and curriculum materials. A feedback form is provided to capture your feedback. Please note that this feedback form is not intended for communication about your specific education program, such as seeking feedback or advice on how your program may implement a BHSS curriculum. BHSS Curriculum Feedback Form

Purpose

The BHSS Project Team created this Implementation Guide with the invaluable assistance of community, clinical, and academic colleagues. Their guidance and expertise helped us create resources intended to be informative, practical, and supportive to education partner programs seeking to implement a BHSS curriculum. We continue to invite feedback so that our team can further improve our materials and build an even stronger training program for future BHSS providers. The purpose of the BHSS Curriculum Feedback Form is to provide a space for you to submit your feedback on the Implementation Guide and/or the corresponding BHSS curriculum materials provided with this guide.

Submitting Feedback as You Read

We designed the BHSS Curriculum Feedback Form to facilitate submitting feedback or comments as you read or interact with BHSS materials. You may submit feedback as you proceed through the materials, and you can make as many feedback form submissions as you need to; we don’t require you to compile your comments and submit them at one time.

To parse data and ensure the BHSS Project Team reviews all feedback submissions, we request feedback for multiple chapters be submitted separately. For example, if you want to comment on a couple of items each in Chapters 5 and 6, you can submit the form for Chapter 5, then a form for Chapter 6.

Feedback Guidance

The BHSS Project Team asks that your feedback be constructive, detailed, and actionable, as these are the most helpful for considering revisions. If you are sharing a concern, please provide your suggested remedy and rationale for your recommendation. Evidence-based information is especially useful, and you are encouraged to provide information from supporting literature as needed. When a particular item in the guide resonates with you, please consider providing this feedback as well. It helps the BHSS Project Team to know what items are most impactful for future iterations of the guide.

Consider the following prompts, which may help you frame your feedback:

• In your opinion, what sections or chapters were especially supportive or informative?
• What sentences, sections, or chapters were unclear to you?
• Describe any information that seems conflicting contradictory.
• If you are providing feedback on terminology, does the current terminology create barriers within your program? If yes, what are they?

How to Access & Complete the Form

You can access the feedback form here: BHSS Curriculum Feedback Form (opens in a new tab). Complete the provided form fields; required fields are marked “must provide value” in red font. Select which BHSS resource you are providing feedback on, then complete the customized fields that appear. The BHSS Project Team reviews feedback submissions at regular intervals.

Once you have filled in the necessary information, select “Submit” at the bottom of the page. A confirmation page will appear.

Instructions to Submit Additional Forms

If you are providing feedback across multiple chapters, please submit one form per chapter.

Once you select “Submit” at the bottom of the form, your screen will refresh, and you will see an option to “Submit Another Form.” Select this; your screen will refresh to a new instance of the feedback form.

Feedback Communication

The BHSS Project Team will collect and review feedback at regular intervals. A member of the team may contact you via the email address you provide on the form to discuss your feedback further, gather more information, or share updates with you.
