Health Peninsula Building Information

This section will go over the various rooms and spaces open to University of Washington School of Medicine (UWSOM) MD students. Our site has a number of tenants beyond just UWSOM.

Most of the study rooms on the first floor are for Gonzaga students during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) except for one room near the entrance to the anatomy lab suite that is a UW study room. Outside of business hours study rooms are open to any and all students.

840 Building Second Floor

All the classrooms in the 840 Building for the UWSOM Spokane site are on the second floor. We also have classrooms in the SIERR Building.

840 Building Third Floor

The third floor of our building has an outdoor patio, a few open study nooks, a prayer and meditation room, and an office suite for the UW staff and faculty.

All UW staff and faculty are located in the office suite.

• Staff members have hybrid work schedules but one of us is always around during the business day. If you need help with anything please come find us.
• Faculty are often only in office when they are teaching that day. If you want to work with a specific faculty member its best to reach out to them via email.

SIERR Building First Floor

We have three classrooms located in the SIERR Building they are located in the MEDEX wing of the building toward the middle and end of the hall.
