CRISIS SUPPORT RESOURCES

  • Gonzaga Crisis Counseling – Same Day Appointments: Gonzaga University offers same day counseling for urgent concerns. Students walk-in and will be seen shortly by a crisis triage counselor.
  • Student Outreach and Support (SOS) Form: Complete this form to report a concern for a student who may be facing a personal struggle, is in distress, and could benefit from additional support and resources. Case Managers in the Center for Cura Personalis regularly provide consultation, outreach, and support.
  • After hours, anyone can call Frontier Behavioral Health “First Call for Help”. Dial First Call for Help at (509) 838-4428 for immediate help for individuals in crisis and connection to Spokane community resources.

  • Physician Support Line: This is a confidential phone line that operates seven days a week (8:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST). Licensed psychiatrists volunteer to provide support on the line. Call: 888-409-0141.
