How to Visit

The main entrance to the Foster Business Library is on the first floor of Paccar Hall (one level below the café); an accessible entrance is located on the basement level and can be reached by elevator.

This library supports the Foster School of Business with more than 300 business and economics journals and newspapers, specialized business databases, and expert librarians who can help you find whatever information you need for your business research.

While the main focus is on business, all students are welcome to use the Foster Business Library.

At the bottom of the entrance staircase, visit the Information Desk to check out books with a Husky card and borrow course textbook reserves for many business and economics classes.

This bright and airy library is a great place to study alone or with a group. There are lots of large study tables with plenty of power outlets, all lit by an 800-square-foot skylight.

There are computers, printers (including a color printer), scanners, and reservable group study rooms with flat panel displays.

For online business resources, see the Business Research Guide. If you want to learn how to use these databases to do research, you can make an appointment with one of the expert business librarians.

This concludes our tour of the Foster Business Library.
