3 Noordeep Singh Dhadda

This is the story of Noordeep Singh Dhadda, a young Punjabi Sikh man who joined UW-Tacoma in Fall 2019. Through this video, Noordeep shares some insights into the the history of his culture, as well as addressing what his college experience has been like so far. He shares his thoughts about the representation of the Punjab culture and points to how it is greatly misrepresented and misunderstood. Finally, Noordeep shares his ideas on how equity is a core cultural value that should be practiced by all, and hopes that a student association that brings together the Sikh student community can be created tp help give this community voice on campus.
