Work Plan
This chapter represents the “Development” phase of ADDIE because I finally took my project plan and put it on its feet (so to speak). I decided to use Canvas as my LMS, but also used tools from HP5 and Articulate 360 Rise to try to make the activities I planned on into a reality.
Topic and Goals
Title: Conversations that Build Relationships with Students
Overview: A whole course in which teachers learn language to use with students that can help build relationships and that promotes mutual respect between teachers and students.
Platform / Technology: Canvas, with segments built in Smartbuilder or Twine (or Articulate)
Proposed Elements
Conversation scenario has:
- One module with eight lessons
- Interactive formative assessments
- A plan for a summative assessment outside of the course.
- This interactive will work as a part of a larger course hosted on Canvas
