2 Van Driver

Requirements:
- Must be University of Washington students, faculty, or staff
- 18 years old or older, have at least two years of driving experience, and have a valid state driver’s license
- Completion of University of Washington Driver Safety and Awareness Training
- Completion of the Driver Survey
- A Commercial Driver’s License is not required to drive the van
Safety Reminders
- Vehicle Height: ~9 feet tall — DO NOT PARK THE VAN IN AREAS WITHOUT SUFFICIENT CLEARANCE. DO NOT PARK IN THE MIDDLE OR LOWER LEVELS OF THE SCC GARAGE!
- Maximum van occupancy when driving: 2
- Seatbelt use required
- Driver/Passenger Shield Protection
- Alcohol, firearms, pets, and recreational drugs are prohibited in the van
Parking
- Van Parking is free at all UW Campus and the City of Seattle paid parking sites, EXCLUDING load/unload zones or city vehicle spots.
- If you are planning to set up in a parking lot, make sure that you get permission from the adjacent business manager before your event.
- Remember to utilize traffic cones/caution tape if parking on the street
