Emergency Procedures

Any issues related to the van

There is a pamphlet in the glove box that contains all information needed for roadside emergencies according to the UW policies. The registration for the car is also in the glove box should you need it.

Roadside assistance

If the van breaks down during business hours (Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.), Fleet Services will coordinate vehicle towing. Please Contact Fleet Services at 206-685-1564

If a vehicle breakdown occurs after business hours contact WEX Roadside Assistance: 866-329-3471. Please be prepared to provide: Your Name, Contact Phone Number, Company Name, Location of disablement, Vehicle Description, Nature of disablement, Driver ID/Prompt ID #, Tow destination, WEX Card # (this is the credit card on the key ring).

Accident Assistance

If you are in an accident please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are ok!
2. call CEI Accident Reporting at 877-443-5777
3. If the car cannot/should not be driven please call one of the numbers above for road side assistance
3. take photos of any damage on the van
