The Tamarack Punch Press is capable of quickly

General Technique Tips
- Prep
- Mark the location of the hole
- To set up the system, the hoses and foot plate are attached to the mounted quick release valves.
- The hole punch mechanism and die button holder is changed only when the quick release lever is
raised in the off position.- For drilling holes: select the appropriate punch (use the drill bit gauge)
- For compressing speedy rivets: select the appropriate parts and secure them in the holder
- Secure the punch in the holder
- Engage the press by lowered the quick release lever.
- Stabilize the object.
- All fingers must be out of the area of the punch and the footplate lever is lowered slowly until the
correct location is achieved in order to verify hole location. Additional pressure is applied to the
foot plate lever until the hole is completely punched.

- Disengage the press
- Turn the shut-off valve to the off position when not in use.
- When not in use, detach the pneumatic quick release mechanisms and store the foot pedal and associated hoses in the cabinet below the punch.
