About the Author

Rylie Woods is a learning and development professional who finds joy in helping others learn and feel comfortable in their roles – whether that’s through providing training, creating e-learning content, or onboarding new hires through orientation. She hopes that others can quickly pick up new material after her trainings, and is thrilled when learners have those classic “ah-ha!” moments when everything starts to make sense.

Rylie completed the E-learning Instructional Design certificate at the University of Washington in June 2024.
