At this time, the e-learning course was created using talentlms. This was the cheapest option compared to Articulate 360. To just get a quick course for para-educators to quickly access, this would have been a cost effective strategy at the time. It does provide options for a test, while tracking each individuals progress. However, if budget was bigger, this would not be my first choice in terms of creating a course for staff members. There isn’t a lot of flexibility on what can be done.
