About the Author

Karla Margarita “Martha” Villarosa-Walker, a seasoned learning and development professional from Washington State, brings over seven years of corporate L&D experience to the table. She holds an E-learning Instructional Design certificate from the University of Washington (2024) and currently serves at the Department of Enterprise Services. Karla has honed her skills in verifying company and job listing legitimacy through her role as a trainer and process developer for a major online job board, where she trained fraud analysts and improved moderation processes. In this module, she shares her expertise to help learners master the art of verifying company websites and job listings.
