3 Work Plan
Moving into the development phase of the ADDIE model, I’ve created a detailed work plan that outlines the core elements for the first module of “JobWatch: Decoding Company Legitimacy.” This plan outlines the creation of assessments, instructional content (covering search techniques and common red flags), engaging practice activities, and a valuable feedback survey. Additionally, the plan incorporates a clear timeline for completing this project.
Topic and Goals
Title
JobWatch: Establishing a Company’s Authentic Website
Overview
I am working on a course that is based on my experience as a trainer with a well-known job board when I worked as their trainer for their fraud analysts. The course consists of four modules, and I will be developing a storyboard for the first module, Establishing a Company’s Legitimacy. Here are the learning objectives:
- Identify techniques for verifying a company’s website’s legitimacy through a Google search.
- Identify the common domain red flags being used on potentially fraudulent websites.
- Utilize advanced website verification skills to confidently evaluate the legitimacy of company websites during a job search.
