Kyle Kaufman completed the E-learning Instructional Design certificate at the University of Washington in August 2025. While completing this program, Kyle has been actively contributing to the Talent Development department at Love’s Travel Stops, gaining hands-on experience in building impactful training programs for adult learners. Over the past three years, Kyle has designed and delivered training solutions across multiple departments within Operations, consistently aligning learning strategies with business goals. Known for his collaborative approach, Kyle has partnered closely with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure each program reflects their vision and drives measurable outcomes. In addition to his instructional design work, Kyle is also an award-winning public speaker through Toastmasters, where he has honed his ability to communicate with clarity and confidence. His passion for learning and engagement continues to shape his work in developing meaningful, results-driven training experiences.
