3 Work Plan
The Development phase of ADDIE is where the plan really starts to take shape, and my work plan shows this. I’ve laid out each module by week, built in interactive pieces, knowledge checks, and downloadable content, and picked Articulate as the platform. It’s structured to be practical and easy to follow, with time built in to review and adjust before launch. It’s a clear path to building something useful and engaging.
Topic and Goals
My project is creating a training program for Travel Stop Store Managers about the essential skills needed in Loss Prevention. The idea is to train them in various ways so they will be able to identify popular scams and know how to stop them, implement the correct process to reporting theft and other Loss Prevention issues, and solve store-wide problems related to poor Loss Prevention.
Proposed Elements
- Rise 360 course outlining all essential skills for topic
- Interactive activities and elements
- Formative assessments and knowledge checks
- Downloadable slides/lessons from Articulate
