This brief portfolio represents an e-learning project created as part of the University of Washington E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Program. It showcases a working prototype of one unit of content on behavioral interviewing from the course Conducting Effective Interviews. This scenario-based training is designed to help managers build interviewing skills, promote consistency, and reduce legal risk in hiring practices.
