About the Author

Jennifer Jackson, MS, JD, is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist with over 10 years of HR experience. She currently leads the Learning and Development function at Jubilant HollisterStier, where she creates custom e-learning and manages company-wide instructor-led and digital training programs for leaders and individual contributors. Jennifer is proficient in Articulate 360, skilled in a variety of LMS platforms, and serves as the facilitator for both in-person and virtual training sessions, bringing energy, clarity, and practical insight to every learning experience. She holds a Master’s in Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Idaho and a JD from Gonzaga University.
