Design and Development
This portfolio includes representative deliverables from each phase of the ADDIE model. The Analysis phase features an e-learning proposal outlining the project scope, background, design approach, and implementation plan, along with learner personas that help define the target audience. The Design phase includes a Savvy Start Report and storyboard iterations. The Development phase includes a detailed work plan outlining the topic, goals, proposed elements, and timeline, as well as a Summary of Work Accomplished that captures the completion of key project milestones. The Implementation phase features a sample interactive pre-test for learners, a link to the e-learning prototype, and the course presentation. Finally, a Kirkpatrick Level 1 evaluation questionnaire is included to gather learner feedback on the course experience.
