5 Evaluation
In Evaluation phase the developers assess the learning goals of the training course.
E-learning Goals
The main learning objective is to have enough knowledge to prepare different types of Completo. Levels 1, 2 and 3 of Kirkpatrick’s model were included in the evaluation plan. Here are some assessments examples:

- Level 3 Behavior: Interactive activity assessment (Preparing a Completo)
Assessment Techniques and Tools
It will include formal grading in the formative assessment to test basic knowledge of the Completo. Summative assessment will not include formal grading since the user will have the opportunity to create indicated recipes or new recipes, testing both declarative and procedural knowledge. User will get instant feedback at both instances.
The validity and reliability of the testing instruments will be conducted both Chilean and not south American user.
The course will capture quantitative data from the formative assessments and qualitative data from course review and the end of it.
The course effectiveness will be examine by the completion of formative the assessment (in the middle of the course) and the post-course survey (at the end of the course. The data will be used to improve and re-design the course if its necessary).
