Topic and Goals

Title: More than a Hot Dog: The Chilean Completo.

Overview: A fully online asynchronous course on training users how to cook a Chilean traditional fast food known as Completo.

Descriptive information: The course is about the history, recipe and preparation of a traditional Chilean sandwich called “Completo”, which is a derivation of a traditional hot dog.

Audience: People from 13 to 60+ years who wants to know different culture cuisine.

Overall Outcomes: Bring the cooking culture of Chile closer to people who are culinary curious about the flavors of the world.

Platform / Technology: It will be developed using Articulate 360 Suite and could be deployed in several LMS platforms (TBD),

Learning Objectives:

• The user will be able to list the basic ingredients used to prepare a Completo.
• The user will be able to identify the different types of ingredients used to prepare different kinds of Completo.
• The user will be able to recognize the differences between the types of Completo.
• The users will be able to practice how to prepare a kind of Completo of his choice.
