Introduction

This brief portfolio represents an e-learning project created as part of the University of Washington E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Program. It showcases the ADDIE development process of creating a short e-learning module intended to be used to train Disability Adjudicators-in-Training for the Washington Division of Disability Determination Services.

The end product is a self-directed, interactive training, intended to be completed by individuals in the training program prior to attending a discussion- and practice-oriented online teaching session. The goal of this e-learning is to teach learners how to evaluate musculoskeletal conditions using the Musculoskeletal Listings provided by the Social Security Administration.
