About the Author

Erin Billing completed the E-learning Instructional Design certificate at the University of Washington in June 2025. She is a Disability Adjudicator Trainer, working for the Division of Disability Determination Services in the state of Washington since 2014. She regularly designs and develops training programs and materials for new and experienced Disability Adjudicators, as well as medical and psychological consultants. Erin has over 20 years of in-person and virtual teaching experience.
