3 Work Plan
After Analysis and Design steps, I discovered a more pressing and relevant course was needed for our current Phase 2- Implementation Training for our REDCap Reward Tracker tool. I scrapped the micro-course for CM In Action and started over working with my SME’s to create a complex procedural course to train our learners on this tool to ensure program fidelity and assist with regulatory compliance. In the Project Plan, I included development information and planning for all of the eLearning courses we were developing for Phase 2 – Implementation Training.
