3 Work Plan
Development
In the Development phase of ADDIE, the project is created per the specifications outlined in the design phase. My final work plan represents this step in the ADDIE process by finalizing the design approach based on feedback rounds, outlining the work that will be completed, and setting a timeline for deliverables.
Topic and Goals
Title: Time Management in College
Overview: The Project will be a completed course on Holistic Time Management in College that can be used within a university First-Year Seminar course or by a First-Year Experience program office. The course will consist of pre-existing content I have used on the topics of time blocking and wellness, adapted into an e-learning format. Students will learn about and identify practices that support health and wellness and academic success, engage in interactive time-blocking practice, and complete a time-management action plan they can use for their first term.
