Angela O’Sullivan completed the E-learning Instructional Design certificate at the University of Washington in June 2025. She is an experienced educator and instructional designer with over 10 years of expertise in curriculum development, learner-centered design, and data-driven decision-making. Angela is passionate about applying educational theory and technology to create effective, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. She brings proven expertise in identifying performance gaps, using analytics to inform instructional decisions, and designing both face-to-face and digital learning solutions that motivate and support learners.

Angela is skilled in developing e-learning modules, managing instructional projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative educational solutions. Her leadership experience includes serving as Grade Level Team Lead, PBIS Lead, and School Lead Mentor—roles in which she was responsible for designing impactful instructional strategies, leading school-wide initiatives, and mentoring colleagues in their professional growth. She is known for fostering collaboration, empowering others, and driving continuous improvement in both classroom and organizational practices.
