Equity and Inclusion

In 2021, EarlyEdU began work on conducting a diversity-equity-inclusion audit of our courses by first developing a rubric with standards for content creation, course design, and instructor supports. Much of the work for instructor supports is present in this guide including:

While we continue to infuse our course materials with equitable content and design choices, we want to specifically call out ways that you, our member faculty, can promote equity and inclusion beyond the reach of EarlyEdU.
