Canvas Setup Information
Getting Help with EarlyEdU Canvas
For Tech support, Canvas has the help button in the Global Navigation. Depending on the issue, it may be appropriate for users to contact the instructor, EarlyEdU Alliance, or Canvas.
For most general issues, the Canvas Guides are the best resource for information.
Resource Options
- The Ask Your Instructor a Question option sends a message in Canvas to the course instructor once users select a course.
- The Submit a Help Ticket option sends an email from the user’s email account to EarlyEdU Alliance support email
address. - The Report a Problem option creates a help ticket to Canvas that will generate automated message about receiving the ticket.
