Step 4: Debrief Course Overview Audit

Purpose

To further refine the scoring process and check-in as a team before moving forward to audit individual course sessions.

Process

Gather as a team to review the overview audit. Notice where there is a general consensus on scores and where there are discrepancies. Discuss why this might be the case, with the goal of establishing even greater consistency in your scoring processes. Provide space for team members to share successes, challenges, and questions that came up for them while using the rubric so you can make adjustments to the process if needed and ensure everyone feels prepared to move to the next step.
