Step 8: Convene Course Updates Kickoff
Purpose
To use all the information your team has gathered to assign people action items and due dates.
Process
Gather as a team to refine your revision plan. Make it concrete by assigning tasks to different team members and establishing deadlines for each step in the process. Be sure everyone is clear about the plan and has what they need to accomplish it. Consider when and how you want to check-in as a team along the way.
The team may utilize the Course Revision Plan forms included in this book to consolidate their thoughts and create action steps that will guide the revision work post-audit (See Resources). This form can be revised to meet the needs of the team.
