📏 Measurable: I’ll measure this goal by asking at least three open-ended questions and three reflective comments during a coaching session.

✅ Achievable: This is achievable because I’ll refer to a list of sample open-ended questions and reflective comments from the Coaching Stems resource.

🛝 Ready: I’m ready for this goal because I’ve been using too many closed-ended questions that elicit a one-word response and I forget to use reflective comments as well.

⌚ Timebound: I will accomplish this goal by the next video assignment that is due for this course.
