Practice-Based Coaching Cycle
Our Practice-Based Coaching model has four components:
- collaborative coaching partnerships,
- shared goals and action planning,
- focused observation, and
- reflection and feedback.
The first component, collaborative coaching partnerships, represents the dispositions and strategies that define an authentic and trusting relationship between a coach and a client. The remaining components—shared goals and action planning, focused observation, and reflection and feedback—represent the implementation of strategies that lead to improvements in a coachee’s practice.
